  Walk Doors:  
 
Available walk doors are offered in 3' or 4’ single swing widths with an available 6' double swing. All have 1.75" thick door leaves. All doors are shipped with the needed hardware and have available optional weather stripping, door closer, and other special hardware items. All door leaves can be furnished as solid, narrow-lite or half glass panels, and can be either insulated or non-insulated.
 
  Insulation:  
 
We can provide you with insulation that is specifically designed to be used in your steel building’s roof and walls to satisfy thermal requirements as needed. Available insulation can be batt insulation with values ranging from R-10 to R-30. Higher values may be available upon special request. Additionally, we may have other options for thermal protection including, but not limited to, rigid board insulation and insulated panels.

  
  Windows:  
 
Slide windows allow for horizontal sliding and are available in mill or bronze finish, and clear or bronze tinted glass. Half-screen, latch and weather stripping are included. Slide windows are available in 3' x 3' (3030), 4' x 3' (4030), 4' x 4' (4040), and 6' x 3' (6030). Fixed windows are also available in 2’ x 7’ (2070). All windows are available as insulated or non-insulated.
 
  Wall Louvers:  
 
Wall louvers are available in 3' x 3', 4' x 3' and 3' x 4' sizes. They may be either fixed or adjustable.
 
  Framed openings:  
 

Framed openings are available to provide framing and support for overhead doors, storefronts, or other wall accessories supplied by others.

 
  Translucent Panels:  
 
Translucent fiberglass panels can be ordered as either skylights or wall lights.  They have the same profile as our roof and wall panels to allow a smooth transition from one panel to the next.  Translucent roof panels are available with UL class 90 wind uplift rating.
 
  Roof Vents:  
  Roof vents are available in the following sizes: 12' x 10'-0", 20" Round, 24" Round, and 12" x 1'-11" Ultra-Vent. These ridge-mounted vents are available with or without operators. Standard operators include cable, pulleys, cable clamps, and eyebolts. Operator handles are not included. Vents are available as continuous or non-continuous. Each non-continuous vents required its own operator, while three continuous vents may be operated with one operator. Roof vents are available in Galvalume Plus® or White, and with birdscreen only or birdscreen and damper.

  
  Gutters:  
  Gutters are made from roll-formed 26 gauge finished steel, are available in lengths of up to 30', and can be ordered in all standard colors.  
  Downspouts:  
  Downspouts are made from roll-formed steel and are available in 4" x 5" or 3" x 4", and can be ordered in all standard colors.  
  Canopies:  
  Canopies are an overhanging or projecting roof structure. They are used as an aesthetic application or to cover driveway or walkway. Structural members are finished in Red Oxide Primer while face and soffit panel colors vary with panel type. They can project out 15' unsupported, and canopies over 7' have cantilever beam with exposed red iron. Larger canopy sizes may be available by special design and engineering.

  Mansards/Facades:  
  These are decorative trim or panel systems projecting from the face of a wall panel.  Available gauges vary dependent on design loads.  All are finished in Red Oxide Primer.  Note:  Soffit elevation must be at least 2'-0" below eave, minimum projection is 1'-6", maximum projection is 6'-0", and maxium height is 9'-0". Mansard/fascia must be 6" higher than the peak on the endwall and 6" higher than the eave on the sidewall.

  Parapet Walls:  
  This accessory allows you to add parapet walls to one or more walls. Parapet walls differ from mansards/facades in that parapet walls have no projection. The wall panels below the roof line continue past the eave line to a given elevation. Parapet walls include 14ga pre-galvanized parapet gutter when located on a sidewall (except at the high side of a Single-Slope or Lean-to building).
